Service Description

We provide education and training on topics in sexuality, gender, justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. We are skilled in culturally-responsive practice, intercultural communications, sexological worldvirew development, and the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs. We take a community-based approach that centers those that you aim to lift up, amplify, and support. Justin understands the developmental nature of change work and is highly skilled at assessing the current environment, setting appropriate developmental goals, and working creatively to build strategies and tactics to achieve them. He is committed to the value of evaluation in everything he does. Impact is only best understood if it is observed and evaluated in comparison to our goals together. We always want to hold ourselves accountable in our work together to be sure we stay committed and engaged with our priorities, avoiding distractions and slow-downs that make change challenging or impossible.
